Start where you are
Start with the job that’s costing you time.
You don’t need a big-bang rollout. Start with the job that’s costing your volunteers the most time.
CricketRight opens match availability on your club’s timings. Parents reply for juniors; seniors reply for themselves — Yes or No, in one place.
02
Availability closes
When the window closes, responses lock. Selection starts from a confirmed pool — no late replies rewriting the list mid-pick.
03
Captain’s Pick
Captains and coaches pick from who’s confirmed. Same-day sides follow your club order — higher teams pick first, everyone else waits their turn.
04
Juniors (optional): Fairness First
Switch it on for the junior sides you want and get a recommended fair side. The coach always has the last word.
05
Team published
Selected players and parents get the team sheet by email and in-app. Change the side later and CricketRight sends the update automatically.
06
After the match
Confirm who actually played, so the season record stays accurate. For juniors, appearances feed CricketRight Ratings for next week’s recommendation.

And if you run juniors…
Fair game time, built in.
CricketRight Ratings track each junior's season opportunities. Fairness First then recommends a fair side from who's available and who's due a game — a starting point, never an autopilot.

Publish the recommendation, tweak it, or Free Pick
No junior team publishes until the coach approves it

FAQ
Straight answers before you trial.
We’re a seniors-only club. Is CricketRight for us?
Yes. Captains and coaches pick from the confirmed pool. When sides play the same day, you set who picks first. Juniors only, seniors only, or both — CricketRight scales to how you play.
Does CricketRight choose junior teams automatically?
It recommends a fair starting side from availability and CricketRight Ratings. Nothing publishes until the coach approves it.
Can coaches change the CricketRight recommended team?
Absolutely. Publish as-is, adjust for balance or development, or switch to Free Pick and build the side yourself.
Can we control which age groups players can play for?
Yes. You set eligibility across age groups — play up, play down, and everything in between — to match your club’s rules.
Does everyone need a separate login for each role?
No. One login can cover multiple roles. CricketRight shows each person the areas that match the hats they wear.
Run selection, right.
Give your volunteers a calmer week — whatever teams you run.
